Delete your BraidBooked account

In the app (fastest)

• Open the BraidBooked app or braidbooked.com/app and sign in.
• Go to My link.
• Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your booking page, menu, photos, bookings and sign-in sessions are deleted right away. This cannot be undone.

By email

Email hello@braidbooked.com from the Google account you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We will delete it within 7 days and reply when it is done.

Clients who booked a braider

Clients do not have accounts. To remove your name, phone, note or inspiration photo from a booking, email hello@braidbooked.com with your booking code (it starts with BB-).

What is kept

Nothing from your account is kept after deletion. Early access list emails are separate: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or ask us to remove you.
